- Technical Training(D-3), General Training(D-4), Hotels & Entertainment(E-6-2), Seasonal Worker(E-8), Non-Professional Employment(E-9), Seafarer Employment(E-10), Others(G-1), Working Holiday(H-1)
Exclusion Criteria
- Applicants with fines of 0.1 million KRW or more
- Applicants with unpaid taxes (application possible once taxes are fully paid)
- Applicants who violated the Immigration Control Act 4 or more times
- Applicants with a history of illegal stay
- Applicants deemed likely to harm the national interest or public safety of Korea
- Applicants likely to disrupt economic or social order, or engage in behavior contrary to good morals
